TextUs is a business texting platform for recruiting, sales, marketing, customer engagement, and workforce communication teams. Its core workflow combines two-way one-to-one messaging with SMS and MMS campaigns, shared team inboxes, scheduled messages, automated drip sequences, inbound keywords, contact management, and analytics. Recruiting teams are the clearest fit because TextUs connects with ATS, CRM, and HRIS systems while supporting campaign-based outreach and team conversation management.
Pricing is aimed at organizations with an established texting program rather than casual users. The Pro plan costs $299 per month with monthly billing and includes 5,000 messages per month, 5 phone numbers, SMS and MMS messaging, campaigns and automation, the Smart Delivery Suite including AI Rewrite, and ATS, CRM, and tool integrations. Agreements begin with a 12-month term, so monthly billing still requires a 12-month-or-longer commitment. Enterprise adds custom pricing, custom volume pricing, a Dedicated Customer Success Manager, short-code eligibility, and RCS Branded Sender eligibility. There is no free plan.
