Organizations can create surveys, collect feedback, follow up with customers, review dashboards and use employee recognition and performance tools. Its audience spans small companies, mid-market organizations and enterprises, though the €350 monthly entry plan and its single active survey make the fit more specific for small teams combining CX and employee feedback than for teams seeking a low-cost or high-volume survey tool.
The Growth plan costs €350 per month and includes one survey creation and active running, email and spontaneous feedback collection, default dashboards, employee recognition and motivation, and two hours of platform support monthly. Pro adds automated data transfer through FTP or API, capped multiple campaigns and flows, employee performance, Essentials AI features and a custom dashboard. Enterprise adds advanced AI, integrations with internal systems and other platforms, website feedback surveys, a public reviews connector and an advanced custom international dashboard.
