Our verdict on Revue
Revue is an AI-powered code review tool for developers and teams working with GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket. It supports local staged-diff reviews through the Claude Code skill and automated reviews in CI for pull and merge requests. Six parallel specialized agents cover security, performance, code quality, architecture, synthesis and verification. The product is aimed at teams that want automated analysis, inline findings and configurable review policies without starting at a high monthly price.
The published plans use a freemium model. Free includes 30 days of unlimited reviews, then 10 reviews per month, along with all six agents, GitHub, GitLab and Bitbucket support, and custom YAML rules. Indie costs $9 per month and includes 100 reviews monthly, the same agent and code-host coverage, plus email support. Pro costs $29 per month and adds unlimited reviews and priority support. Each paid tier retains the six specialized agents and the three listed code hosts, while users provide their own AI-provider key.
Revue’s main depth comes from combining multiple review stages: contradiction detection and synthesis, verified findings anchored to code lines, acceptance-criteria and intent-drift checks, inline pull-request and merge-request comments, review history logging, reply handling and optional platform-native fix suggestions. Its CI workflow fits teams already managing changes through GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket, while the local Claude Code path supports staged changes before commit. Choose Revue if inexpensive multi-agent review, custom rules and code-host integration matter most. Consider another option if your environment requires platforms beyond Linux and Windows or if supplying an AI-provider key is not suitable.
