Our verdict on Recupra
Recupra is a cloud platform from Puppeteer AI that automates specific patient-journey workflows for dental and other healthcare clinics. Its agents address overdue hygiene and treatment recall, cancelled-chair waitlists, appointment reminders, no-show recovery, care-plan follow-up, dormant-patient reactivation, new-inquiry booking and inbound administrative requests. Dental practices with repeatable scheduling and reactivation work are the clearest fit, while teams seeking a broad practice-management system may need a different product.
Published plans show outcome-based billing rather than a monthly platform subscription. The Waitlist Agent costs $25 per slot filled, the Reminder Agent $5 per confirmed appointment, the Intake Agent $30 per booking, the No-Show Agent $25 per recovered visit, the Follow-Up Agent $20 per rebooking, the Reactivation Agent $40 per reactivated patient and the Admin Agent $3 per resolved request. The starting price is $3 per resolved request, billed by usage. This structure ties spend to defined results, but monthly costs will depend on how many requests, bookings, confirmations or recoveries the clinic generates. There is no free plan.
