Quotes can include logos, company details, colors, line items, options, taxes, and discounts. Customers can open a live quote link or PDF, ask questions through a per-quote message board, and accept or reject the quote online. This makes Quotsoft a fit for small teams that want a straightforward quote workflow without starting on a paid plan.
The plan structure is clear. The Free plan costs $0 and includes unlimited quotes and contacts, live quote links, 15 PDF exports per month, and 30 emails per month, but no version history. Pro costs $19 per user per month when billed monthly and raises the limits to 100 PDF exports and 500 emails per month. It also adds the full template editor, view notifications, accept/reject controls, a message board, expiry reminders, and 10 versions of history per quote.
