Pricekeel is a deal desk and pricing-governance product for B2B SaaS teams using Salesforce. It connects through Salesforce OAuth, analyzes Opportunity data and historical win/loss patterns, and turns those findings into per-deal discount guidance. Pricing, RevOps, Deal Desk, and Finance teams can use it to review discount requests, apply guardrails, and document approval decisions.
The product has two published plans. Diagnostic focuses on retrospective analysis of closed deals, including win-point and leakage analysis, per-deal discount guidance, and an executive summary. Pricekeel Operate adds live Salesforce Opportunity analysis, discount exception recommendations, approval decisions with justification, a decision log and audit trail, optional Salesforce Task writeback, and weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
