Peel Insights is a web-based analytics and business intelligence platform for ecommerce teams and direct-to-consumer brands. It brings together Shopify, Amazon, advertising, subscription, and marketing data for retention, repurchase-rate, cohort, customer lifetime value, product, subscription, attribution, ROAS, CAC, and payback analysis. Its strongest fit is for Shopify brands that need to understand repeat purchasing, subscriber growth, churn, and LTV rather than only monitor top-line website activity.
The plan structure spans a free option and four paid tiers. Free is available to Smartrr Subscription App users and includes up to 16,000 orders per month, retention and subscription analytics, cohort analysis, RFM, LTV, and CAC. Core costs $199 per month and adds up to three Shopify and Amazon stores, advertising integrations, Google Sheets and Klaviyo export, and a seven-day free trial. Essentials costs $499 per month with up to 29,000 orders, custom retention and subscription reports, and a seven-day free trial. Accelerate costs $899 per month, supports up to 62,000 orders and seven stores, and includes a dedicated account manager. Tailored is customized for businesses with 62,000 or more monthly store orders.
