Our verdict on PC Watch

PC Watch is employee desktop monitoring software from Nitso Technologies for employers tracking remote or in-office computer activity. Its core scope is straightforward: application and website usage, activity logs that include idle time, screenshots, and working-time records. Nitso describes it for small, medium, and large companies, including CA firms and IT companies. That makes it a fit for organizations that need basic visibility into computer activity rather than a broader workforce-management suite.

Monitoring combines usage tracking with screenshots captured randomly or at intervals selected by the employer. The product also tracks employee start, end, and total working time, and provides time and attendance reports. Monitoring data can be reviewed online. Stealth monitoring is supported, which may appeal to employers who need monitoring to run discreetly; organizations should weigh that choice against their own expectations for employee notice and transparency. The offering is cloud-based and listed for web access, so it fits teams that want to review records online, but not buyers looking for a desktop or mobile platform.

The vendor lists a 30-day trial, while its FAQ describes a 30-day demo with no credit card required without clearly tying that offer to PC Watch. Pricing is contact-sales, so buyers will need to speak with Nitso to assess cost. Email and phone are listed as support channels. One naming wrinkle is that the current product page calls the offering Nitso Desk Monitor, while the FAQ still uses Nitso PC Watch. Choose it for a focused set of monitoring and attendance functions with online review; consider alternatives if pricing transparency, broader platform availability, or a wider operational scope is central to the purchase.
