It brings proposal templates, task assignment, timeline tracking and collaboration with internal or external stakeholders into one workspace. Teams can manage tender requirements, coordinate deliverables, route submissions for approval and connect proposal records with CRM data. A searchable library of employee CVs, references, skills and certifications supports repeatable preparation, while handoff from a won proposal to project planning extends the process beyond submission.
The published plan is Bidding & Qualifications at €5 per profile per month, billed monthly. It includes CV and reference management, CRM, skills and certifications management, and bid management. The product also covers reusable process templates, Gantt views for proposal projects, file sharing with local project-file synchronisation, risk analysis and approval workflows.
