Opisense Workspace is an AI-powered meeting workspace for individuals, small teams, and larger organizations that need searchable meeting records and follow-up management. Its assistant can join meetings automatically through connected Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook calendars, or users can send it manually to a meeting link. It supports Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex, then produces speaker-attributed, timestamped transcripts, structured summaries, key decisions, action items, and follow-ups. The web, iOS, and Android apps give teams multiple ways to access the resulting workspace content.
Pricing is organized around usage credits and team capabilities. The Free plan costs €0 per seat per month and includes 1,500 AI credits per month for up to one member. Starter costs €29 per seat per month when billed monthly, or €24.17 per seat per month when billed annually, with 12,000 AI credits per seat per month and usage top-ups. Growth costs €59 monthly or €49.17 with annual billing, raising the allowance to 75,000 AI credits per seat per month and adding workflows and priority support. Enterprise adds SSO, a dedicated CSM, invoiced billing, and custom data residency. The paid tiers make the clearest difference for teams that need more usage, automation, or organizational controls.
Opisense fits teams that want core meeting capture plus a direct path from conversations to assigned follow-up, particularly when HubSpot is part of the workflow. Pre-meeting briefs with attendees and suggested agendas extend the product beyond post-call transcription, while searchable full transcripts support later reference. Its integration set covers major calendars, conferencing platforms, and HubSpot, but the product is a narrower ecosystem choice than a meeting-intelligence platform selected primarily for broad integrations. Choose it for focused capture, summaries, decisions, and action tracking; consider an alternative if extensive platform connectivity is the main requirement.
