Our verdict on Open Enrich
Open Enrich is an open-source enrichment engine for go-to-market teams working with company, person, contact, buying-signal, social, web, and custom-field data. It accepts CSV inputs and provides a self-hosted Next.js web application, command-line interface, API, and programmatic enrichment engine. Teams that need research outputs they can inspect and export will find its focus on evidence especially relevant, while Salesforce and HubSpot mappings support CRM-formatted exports.
Its standout feature is the audit trail attached to enriched values. Open Enrich can include a source URL and supporting quote for each result, alongside confidence scoring based on source corroboration and freshness timestamps. Custom fields can be described in plain English, and buying-signal detection extends the workflow beyond basic company or contact enrichment. The CLI supports streaming and resumable runs, which suits larger or interrupted data-processing jobs without changing the product's self-hosted operating model.
The platform connects with Bright Data for web infrastructure and supports OpenRouter, OpenAI, and Anthropic for language-model access. Operation requires Bright Data credentials and an LLM provider key, so teams should account for those dependencies during setup. Open Enrich exports mappings for Salesforce and HubSpot, but it does not provide CRM synchronization or waterfall enrichment. Choose it when traceability, source-backed outputs, open-source access, and deployment control matter most. A different enrichment product may fit better for teams that need native CRM syncing or multi-provider waterfall workflows.
