Our verdict on NoStackAI

NoStackAI is a browser-based, serverless Backend-as-a-Service for developers building application backends and AI-powered APIs. API Studio lets teams configure entities, permissions, Logic Blocks, events, connectors, and AI workflows, then generates CRUD and list endpoints from those data models. Multi-tenant workspaces, isolated data, ACL policies, and test-to-production deployment make it a fit for teams that want backend structure without infrastructure management. Its MCP server also connects AI clients such as Claude Code, Claude Desktop, and Cursor to the platform.

The strongest part of NoStackAI is its automation depth. Logic Blocks support conditions, loops, webhooks, data operations, connectors, and AI steps, while events and automations can handle notifications, webhooks, connectors, and writes. Built-in connections include Stripe, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Amazon S3, alongside integrations with Twilio, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Gemini. That combination suits products where API generation and multi-step AI workflows matter more than a narrowly focused data layer.

Pricing starts with a Free plan offering 10,000 API calls per month, 1,000 per day, one dev seat, five Logic Blocks, two Automations, and AI steps. Starter costs $49 per month and adds 100,000 monthly API calls, three seats, 100 Logic Blocks, 50 Automations, and a production environment. Pro costs $199 per month with 1,000,000 monthly calls, five seats, unlimited Logic Blocks and Automations, and a 99.9% SLA. Enterprise adds custom limits and SLA terms. NoStackAI is currently invite-only beta, so teams needing immediate access or deeper backend infrastructure should consider alternatives.
