A deep Microsoft-aligned CRM for enterprise sales teams that can justify its higher price.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is a cloud CRM application for sales organizations that need structured account, contact, lead, opportunity, quote, order, invoice, campaign, and forecast management. It is particularly suited to enterprise sales teams already working across Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Power BI, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. The product also supports web, iOS, Android, and API access, giving teams multiple ways to work with customer and pipeline information.
Pricing is organized around progressively broader sales automation and intelligence. The Professional edition costs $65 per user per month with annual billing and includes core sales force automation, Microsoft 365 interoperation, reporting, and dashboards. Enterprise Edition costs $105 per user per month and adds contextual insights, AI, advanced customization, Copilot, and agentic capabilities. Premium costs $150 per user per month and adds advanced sales intelligence, agentic insights and automation, 1,000 Copilot Credits, Sales Insights, recommended actions, and data enrichment. A 30-day free trial is available, while Microsoft Relationship Sales combines Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
The product’s main strength is its breadth inside a Microsoft-centered sales environment. Exchange email synchronization, Teams collaboration, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft’s wider business application ecosystem support connected sales workflows. Core features include visual opportunity pipelines, forecasting, predictive lead and opportunity scoring, conversation intelligence, Copilot, autonomous sales agents, and mobile sales applications. Teams that want one narrowly focused, low-cost CRM may find the entry price and tier structure less suitable. Organizations seeking advanced customization, automation, or AI should assess the Enterprise or Premium editions; teams already invested in Microsoft tools are the clearest fit.
