Our verdict on Lobbytrack

Lobbytrack is a cloud visitor management platform for offices, schools, healthcare facilities, government buildings and other workplaces. It supports visitor pre-registration, scheduled visits, kiosk and touchless check-in, host notifications, photo capture, badge printing, ID scanning, screening, access-control connections and emergency visitor management. Web administration is complemented by apps for reception staff, employees and security guards, making the product suitable for organizations managing visitors across different entry points and operational roles.

Pricing is structured around a free Starter plan and paid plans billed monthly per location. Starter supports up to 100 visitors per month, unlimited hosts and users, visitor sign-in and sign-out, photo capture, badge printing, Android, iOS and Windows apps, and a lobby app for reception. Basic costs $50 per location per month and adds unlimited visitors while retaining the core sign-in, photo, badge and app features, plus email and phone support. Professional costs $100 per location per month and adds employee visit scheduling, driver-license scanning, ID-document capture and an employee app. Ultimate includes meeting-room and desk booking, watchlist checks, scanning, lobby, employee and guard apps, and SMS, Slack and Teams notifications; its pricing is quote-only.

The feature set extends beyond basic reception check-in. Lobbytrack includes visitor pre-registration, host alerts by email, SMS and app, watchlist and criminal-database screening, evacuation and emergency management, incident reporting, and access-control and Active Directory integration. Additional connections include Eventleaf, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Zapier, while platform support covers web, Windows, iOS, Android and API access. Organizations seeking layered visitor, identity and emergency workflows should consider Lobbytrack; smaller sites with simple sign-in needs may prefer the free plan, while teams requiring advanced functions should evaluate the paid-tier structure and Ultimate’s quote-based pricing.
