Our verdict on Livity

Livity is a mobile health-tracking app for people who want sleep analysis alongside recovery and training metrics. It presents deep, REM and light sleep stages, a sleep-quality score, personalized insights, and sleep-pattern trends. Rather than acting as a standalone sleep sensor, Livity reads sleep data from Apple Health, so tracking depends on a compatible device recording and writing that information. Its fit is strongest for users who already collect health data and want sleep viewed in the context of training and recovery.

The app’s scope extends beyond sleep: it tracks training load and strain, uses Apple Health data for sleep and recovery metrics, and includes an AI coach that interprets sleep, recovery and training data. Apple Watch complications and glanceable displays make some information available on the watch. Livity can also use data from Garmin and Fitbit, with options to select a sleep-data source. This connected approach may suit users who want one view across sleep and training, but those looking specifically for a sleep schedule feature or an app that independently senses sleep should consider alternatives.

Livity is paid, with plans named Livity PRO Weekly, Livity PRO Yearly, Livity Health Yearly PRO, and Livity Health Monthly PRO. The vendor’s FAQ describes monthly, annual and one-time Lifetime purchases, while current pricing is shown in the in-app paywall and App Store prices vary by region. The product details also identify iOS, macOS and Android platforms, with mobile deployment, and email and documentation support. Choose Livity if sleep-stage analysis, device-sourced health data and training context belong together in your routine; skip it if you need a standalone tracker or a sleep schedule feature.
