Leadflo is a cloud-based CRM for dental practices that need to organise prospective patient enquiries and follow-up. It brings leads from web forms, social ads, email, SMS and phone into a shared dashboard, where teams can track stages, manage conversations, schedule appointments and record outcomes. The product is aimed at small and mid-market practices looking to coordinate outreach rather than manage patient care records.
The Pipeline plan costs £79 per month and includes website and landing-page connectors, unlimited users, a dedicated text number with callback, and conversion reporting. Two-way text automation is available for an additional fee on this tier. Lite costs £250 per month and adds two-way text automation, a customisable email automation flow and a Google review generator, alongside the connectors and unlimited users. Pro highlights custom reporting, an email dashboard, bespoke email automation, machine-learning decision prompts and automated follow-up for two years or more.
