LandinChat is a WhatsApp marketing and CRM platform for small and mid-market teams. It brings together bulk broadcasts, segmented campaigns, no-code chatbot building, automated follow-ups, shared inboxes, reporting and template management. The product also supports catalogs, in-chat payments and click-to-WhatsApp ads, making it relevant to e-commerce, education, real estate, healthcare, travel, financial services and other service businesses. It operates through the official WhatsApp Business API and is available through the web and API.
Pricing is structured around four options. Starter costs $14 per month when billed annually and includes bulk messaging, a multi-agent shared inbox, a drag-and-drop chatbot builder, campaign reporting, template management and integrations with Google Sheets, API, Zapier, Make, WooCommerce and Shopify. Growth costs $35 per month billed annually and adds an omnichannel inbox, appointment booking, AI intent detection, click-to-WhatsApp ad integration and a product catalog. Unlimited costs $129 per month billed annually, adding unlimited team members, subscribers and message credits, plus priority support and a dedicated account manager.
