It brings public tender discovery and opportunity matching together with bid workspaces, lifecycle statuses, deadlines, owners, team assignments, requirement checklists, evidence documents, templates, records, and an AI copilot. Its scope suits small teams that want tender research, compliance tracking, and submission preparation in one workspace rather than separate tools.
The published plans show a freemium model. Free is listed at 0 SEK forever and includes capped tender matches, SharePoint and Google Drive connectors, and CSV and PDF exports, but excludes document generation and team or organization features. Basic costs 1,100 SEK per month with unlimited matches, document generation, exports, and data-source connectors.
