Our verdict on ITM Platform
ITM Platform is a cloud-based project, program, and portfolio management platform for project-based organizations. It supports agile and waterfall work, giving growing teams tools for strategic alignment, project prioritization, resource and capacity planning, budgeting, cost tracking, reporting, risks, issues, documentation, and delivery oversight. It is aimed at organizations that need to coordinate work across projects and portfolios rather than manage isolated task lists.
The published plans make the entry point relatively accessible for mixed teams. The Team Member plan is free per user and includes timesheets, task progress reports, documentation, collaboration, and an agile panel. Project Manager and Full Access are each listed at $39 per user per month with annual billing. Project Manager adds project resources, budgets, Gantt charts and boards, risks and issues, dashboards, and reporting. Full Access adds dashboards, portfolios, programs, strategic alignment, resource management, and custom extensions. The minimum manager-license pack is listed at $2,340 per year, so teams should account for the five-license minimum when budgeting paid access. A 14-day free trial is also available.
