Our verdict on InEvent

InEvent is an event technology platform for organizations running in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. It brings registration forms, attendee management, badge design, printing, QR-code check-in, kiosks, access control, mobile event apps, analytics, and live-event tools into one system. Its badge workflows support attendee, exhibitor, speaker, and staff badges, making it a fit for corporate events, conferences, trade shows, webinars, and enterprise event programs.

Platform coverage is a major strength. InEvent supports web, iOS, Android, and API access, while its integration list spans CSV and Excel, API and SSO, Zapier, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Cloud, Marketo, Oracle Eloqua, Pardot, Veeva, Google Workspace, Amadeus, and Sabre. That breadth can suit teams connecting registration and badge operations with CRM, marketing, payment, analytics, travel, or streaming workflows. NFC and RFID badge and wearable support also gives it a stronger fit for events that need more than QR-based entry.

The badge operation itself covers both advance preparation and onsite production. Teams can create layouts with custom fields, roles, logos, images, and QR codes; import attendees from spreadsheets; scan codes at check-in; and offer self-service kiosk printing. Offline-capable event operations and mobile apps support wider event delivery, while access control and session attendance tracking extend beyond the registration desk.
