Heymarket is a web and mobile business messaging platform for teams communicating with customers, contractors, and employees. It brings SMS, MMS, email, and other messaging channels into shared inboxes, where teams can read, reply, assign, and manage conversations. The product also supports scheduled messages, templates, campaigns, keyword triggers, reporting, CRM integrations, and API access. It fits customer service, sales, marketing, recruiting, and operational communications that need more structure than individual texting.
Pricing is organized around four annual-billing tiers, with a minimum of two users. Standard costs $49 per user per month and includes two-way messaging, a shared inbox, unlimited contacts, templates and tags, basic reporting, and HubSpot integration. Plus costs $99 and adds lists and campaigns, automations, advanced reporting and analytics, AI Essentials, and Microsoft Teams and Zapier integrations.
