Healthie is a cloud-based EHR and practice-management platform for health and wellness providers, clinics, digital health companies, and enterprise care organizations. Its scheduling capabilities include online appointment booking, client self-booking, recurring appointments, email and SMS reminders, electronic intake forms, e-signatures, group appointment waitlists, and patient portals. It also combines telehealth, payment processing, invoicing, electronic health records, customizable charting, and mobile applications, making it suitable for providers that want appointment management connected to broader care workflows.
Pricing is paid rather than free, with a 14-day free trial. The published annual Core price is $18 per provider per month. Core includes 10 active clients, scheduling, payment processing, charting, telehealth, and a client portal. Essentials raises the active-client allowance to 250 and adds free outbound fax, CMS 1500s, custom form building, and group and blast messaging. Plus includes unlimited clients, group telehealth, online programs, dedicated eFax, and premium branding. Group adds a shared calendar, roles and permissions, internal team chat, and one provider seat plus one support member seat.
