It brings online reviews and direct guest surveys into one dashboard, with tools for monitoring, response workflows, sentiment analysis, competitor benchmarking, reporting, alerts, service tickets, and task assignment. Hospitality businesses looking for free core monitoring can start with the LITE plan, while larger or more specialized teams can choose from higher-tier options.
The plan structure expands coverage and collaboration as needs grow. LITE includes reviews from the top three sites, competitor tracking, basic reporting, weekly email reports, and 30 days of data. CORE adds standard surveys, unlimited users and support, email alerts, and one-click responses. PRO+ adds custom-branded surveys, reviews from 20+ sources, AI-powered reporting and response drafting, tracking for up to five competitors, and advanced filters and metrics.
