Office teams can manage scheduling, open shifts, dispatch calls, GPS visibility, incident reporting, and client access, while clients receive a web portal and mobile app.
Its strongest operational fit is the combination of patrol verification and field reporting. Guards can scan QR, NFC, virtual-tag, and BLE checkpoints, with GPS tracking and geofencing supporting location visibility. The platform also includes site tours, incident and daily activity reports, standard and custom reports, scheduled email reports, timesheets, and a guard time clock. This gives firms a single system for routine patrol activity, exceptions, and client-facing reporting rather than focusing only on guard scheduling.
