Our verdict on GALAXY by fibodo
GALAXY by fibodo is a business-management platform for gyms, fitness studios, clubs, wellness businesses and multi-site operators. It combines online bookings, memberships, payments, staff scheduling, customer management, reporting, communications and branded client experiences. For gym teams, its scheduling scope covers classes, sessions, appointments and events, with live day, week and month views. Staff tools include rotas, roles, permissions, availability, shift swaps, timesheets, payroll exports and commission tracking. Web, iOS and Android access supports both operators and clients.
The main strength is its breadth across daily gym operations. Managers can schedule across coaches, rooms and locations, while also handling memberships, subscriptions, passes, vouchers and online or in-person payments. CRM features capture attendance, spend and booking history, and multi-location management adds consolidated reporting. This makes GALAXY a fit for operators that want staff scheduling connected to member and payment workflows rather than a standalone rota tool.
Pricing starts with the GALAXY plan at £99 per month, billed monthly, with prices including VAT. That plan includes bookings and scheduling, payments, staff management, a client app and website, plus CRM, messaging, financials and analytics. GALAXY Plus adds a content creator, while GALAXY Ultimate adds a bespoke branded app and bespoke website; prices for those tiers are not stated here. The paid-only structure and monthly entry price may suit established gyms more than smaller teams seeking a lightweight scheduling product. Choose GALAXY for broad gym operations, multi-location oversight and connected member workflows; choose an alternative if scheduling alone is the priority or a lower-cost starting point matters most.
