Follow Up Boss is a real estate CRM for team leaders, agents, ISAs, and solo agents. It centralizes lead sources and contacts, routes inquiries to agents, and organizes follow-up across email, texting, calling, tasks, notifications, and automated Action Plans. Smart Lists prioritize leads by activity and follow-up status, while reporting covers agents, teams, lead sources, calls, emails, and activity. iOS and Android apps extend contacts, conversations, notifications, tasks, and listing views beyond the web platform.
Pricing is structured around Grow, Pro, and Platform. Grow costs USD 69 per user per month monthly or USD 58 per user per month annually, with lead-source and website connections, custom lead distribution, Smart Lists, Action Plans, communication tools, and calendar and email sync. Pro costs USD 499 per month for 10 users monthly or USD 416 annually, adding unlimited calling and texting, team inboxes, call reporting, enhanced support and training, and personalized onboarding. Platform costs USD 1,000 per month for 30 users monthly or USD 833 annually, adding teams within teams, enhanced onboarding, and priority support. A 14-day free trial is available.
