FleetForger is fleet maintenance software for heavy-duty repair shops and in-house fleet maintenance teams. It brings work orders, driver and vehicle inspections, preventive-maintenance schedules, component history, parts inventory, estimates, approvals, reporting, and QuickBooks Online synchronization into one system. Its progressive web app supports web, iOS, and Android access, with offline operation, photo capture, and push notifications. Plans are priced per shop rather than per technician and include unlimited units, technicians, customers, and work orders.
Pricing is structured around shop scale. Single Shop costs $99 per shop per month or $990 per shop per year for one location, with mobile and offline access and email support. Multi-Shop costs $249 per shop per month or $2,490 per shop per year for 2–5 locations under one owner, adding cross-shop reporting, a shared technician pool, and priority email support.
