FleetForger is fleet maintenance software for heavy-duty repair shops and in-house fleet maintenance teams. It brings work orders, driver and vehicle inspections, preventive-maintenance schedules, component history, parts inventory, estimates, approvals, reporting, and QuickBooks Online synchronization into one system. Its progressive web app supports web, iOS, and Android access, with offline operation, photo capture, and push notifications. Plans are priced per shop rather than per technician and include unlimited units, technicians, customers, and work orders.

Pricing is structured around shop scale. Single Shop costs $99 per shop per month or $990 per shop per year for one location, with mobile and offline access and email support. Multi-Shop costs $249 per shop per month or $2,490 per shop per year for 2–5 locations under one owner, adding cross-shop reporting, a shared technician pool, and priority email support. Fleet Shop costs $499 per shop per month or $4,990 per shop per year for 6+ locations or in-house fleet maintenance, with fleet portals, advanced multi-shop KPIs, DOT compliance reports, and phone support. Enterprise adds a dedicated single-tenant server, custom integrations and API access, SSO, advanced role management, onboarding, an SLA, and dedicated support. A 14-day trial is available without a credit card; annual-plan refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase, while monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

The standout strength is the operational depth for repair shops: technicians can work from multi-technician job cards, estimates can become work orders after approval, and component records cover engines, transmissions, axles, ECMs, turbos, and APUs. Parts tools include barcode scanning, stock deductions, reorder thresholds, and vendor history. Shop-health reports cover revenue, gross profit, technicians, customers, and work-in-progress aging. FleetForger fits teams that need detailed maintenance operations and offline mobile workflows. Businesses seeking a free plan, a simpler scheduling tool, or broader listed integrations should consider alternatives.
