Our verdict on Fillout

Fillout is a web-based form builder for surveys, quizzes, payment forms, applications, registrations, and multi-page workflows. Its drag-and-drop editor supports conditional logic, calculations, quiz scoring, file uploads, embeds, share links, and workflow automation. It fits teams that need more than basic data collection, including customer intake, internal processes, orders, and payments, while still wanting unlimited forms and seats on the Free plan.

Pricing is organized around monthly response capacity and progressively more advanced controls. Free includes unlimited forms and seats, 1,000 responses per month, form embedding, payment collection, and unlimited file uploads. Starter costs $15 per month and adds 2,000 responses, all question types, custom endings, login forms, and redirects after completion. Pro costs $40 per month, raises the limit to 5,000 responses, and adds branding controls such as custom share links, fonts, favicon, and CSS. Business costs $75 per month and adds unlimited responses, analytics, custom domains, custom code, partial submissions, and pre-fetch data.

Its ecosystem is a strong fit for organizations connecting forms to existing operations. Listed integrations include Airtable, HubSpot, Notion, Stripe, Google Sheets, Salesforce, Slack, SmartSuite, Monday.com, Attio, Calendly, ClickUp, Google Calendar, Gmail, and Webhook, while REST API access supports custom connections. Payment collection runs through Stripe, and file uploads can use file-type and size restrictions. Choose Fillout when you want broad form capabilities and integrations without limiting the number of forms. Consider another builder if your priority is a lower response limit cost, or if advanced branding and custom-domain features are needed below the Business tier.
