Our verdict on ConnectWise CPQ
ConnectWise CPQ is cloud-based configure-price-quote software for managed service providers and other IT solution providers. It supports branded quote and proposal templates, interactive online delivery, built-in eSignatures, distributor quote imports, real-time pricing and availability, and quote-to-order workflow automation. Its broader scope also covers recurring revenue management, product catalogs, procurement, payments, and sales reporting, making it a fit for IT sales teams that need quoting connected to downstream ordering and billing activities.
Pricing is customized and requires contact with sales rather than showing numeric prices. The Basic plan supports up to 3 users and includes distributor quote import, built-in eSignature, real-time distributor pricing and availability, recurring revenue management, and ConnectWise PSA and Autotask integrations. Standard adds unlimited users, sales coaching automation, reporting and business analytics, a product catalog, email integration and management, and integrations with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and NetSuite. Premium also supports unlimited users and adds management approvals, sales team management, procurement automation, pricing and product rules, and ePayment.
