Coast brings maintenance work into a shared system for deskless and maintenance teams. It covers work orders, preventive maintenance, asset records, spare-parts inventory, inspections, team messaging, and dashboards. Facilities, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, restaurants, retail, and property management teams are among the organizations it is designed for. Web and desktop access sit alongside iOS and Android apps, with mobile QR scanning and photo capture supporting work in the field.
The Free plan offers unlimited work orders and real-time messaging, but caps repeating work orders at five, keeps seven days of history, and limits file uploads to 3 MB. Starter adds unlimited history and repeating work orders with procedures, workspace permissions, time and cost tracking, and five workflow automations. Pro adds reporting and analytics, workflow customization, custom dashboards, external work request forms, and automated work-order time tracking. Enterprise includes multi-site management, custom reporting and workflow development, single sign-on, and unlimited workflow automations.
