Its free plan includes live chat, iOS and Android apps, FAQs, and canned responses, making it a fit for individuals and small stores beginning with visitor messaging. For stores that need support conversations tied to shopping activity, paid plans add Shopify and WooCommerce customer, order, and cart data sync. The emphasis is on handling customer messages across a website and selected messaging channels, rather than serving as a general-purpose store platform.
The Business plan is the least expensive paid option: according to the vendor's pricing page, it costs $39 per month with monthly billing, or $31 per month when billed annually. It adds Shopify and WooCommerce sync, automation workflows, real-time visitor insights, and integrations for WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and email.
