Caregivers can use iOS and Android apps to view shifts, document visits and clock in or out, while office teams manage schedules, exceptions, records and invoices. Small agencies can start with scheduling and a caregiver roster on the free plan; agencies needing day-to-day visit and billing workflows will need to consider a paid tier.

Essentials costs $129 monthly and adds EVV, care plans, billing, credential checklists and email support.
