Our verdict on All Quiet
All Quiet is an incident-management service for DevOps, SRE, and IT operations teams that need to coordinate alerts and response in one place. It brings together on-call schedules, escalation policies, incident collaboration, monitoring, status pages, and post-incident workflows. Web, iOS, Android, and API access give teams several ways to work with the service. Its entry price makes it particularly relevant to small teams seeking a paid starting point without limiting users or integrations on Standard.
Pricing is monthly and per user. Standard costs $4.99 and includes unlimited users, incidents, and integrations, plus email, push, SMS, and phone-call notifications. It also includes six months of incident retention, on-call schedules, and escalation policies. Pro costs $9.99 per user monthly and adds status pages, OIDC and SCIM, a Terraform provider, a public REST API, and cross-team collaboration. Enterprise includes everything in Pro, along with advanced auditing and logging, custom incident retention and billing, and a dedicated customer success channel. A 14-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan.
The platform connects with collaboration and work-management tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and Linear, as well as monitoring and observability services including AWS CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus Alertmanager, and Sentry. Its monitoring covers websites, pings, heartbeats, and cron jobs; incident workflows include notes and post-mortems. Teams that need status pages, Terraform, or API access should budget for Pro, while Standard is a more focused entry for on-call and alerting. Organizations needing custom retention or billing will need Enterprise; teams that require a free ongoing tier should look elsewhere.
