1up is a knowledge automation platform for sales and revenue teams handling RFPs, due-diligence questionnaires, security questionnaires, and customer questions. It is designed for teams that need to turn company knowledge into reusable answers, then review and approve those responses across shared workflows. Its browser extension also supports web-based questionnaires, while response exports include DOCX and PDF.
The pricing structure spans five plans. Free includes 1 admin, 50 knowledge uploads, and 50 answers per month. MCP costs $50 per month and adds an MCP server, pay-as-you-go questionnaire automations, and compatibility with the company’s AI platform. Starter costs $300 per month and adds unlimited users, unlimited answers, Slack, Teams, Google Chat, and browser plugins. Plus costs $900 per month and adds KB Plushie and Team Training to Starter. Enterprise includes everything in Plus and a Dedicated Success Manager. A 14-day free trial is also available.
