This Itechguide teaches you how to uninstall Facebook. The guide covers steps how to uninstall Facebook from a PC (Windows 10), iPhone or Android.
Option 1: Uninstall Facebook App for Android
- Open your Android App list (swipe your phone up to display a list of all installed Apps on your phone).
- Then, tap and hold Facebook App until a set of options are displayed.
- From the displayed options, tap Disable. A disable confirmation pop will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
- Finally, at the bottom right of the pop-up window, tap Disable.
Option 2: Uninstall the Facebook App for iPhone
- Locate Facebook App on your phone. Then tap and hold it until it starts dangling. When the App starts dangling, an X will also be displayed on the top left of the App.
- Tap the X at the top left of the App. A Delete App confirmation pop up will be displayed.
- To delete (uninstall Facebook App for iPhone), at the bottom right of the pop-up window, tap Delete.
Option 3: Uninstall the Facebook App for Windows 10
- Type Facebook into the Windows 10 search box.
- Then, right-click the App from the search results and select Uninstall.
- To confirm that you want to uninstall the App, click Uninstall.
This is the fastest method to Uninstall Facebook App from Windows 10. Another method will be to search for and open Apps & Features. When Apps & Features opens, locate Facebook and click on it. Finally, click Uninstall.
