To change LUBA 3’s cutting height, open the map, tap Start, then open Settings on the task preview. To edit an existing scheduled task, go to Schedule, select the task, tap Edit, then Settings. You can also create a dated or repeating schedule there. No-go Zones are supported, but Mammotion’s available instructions do not establish the current app taps for drawing or editing one.
Change cutting height before starting a new task
- Open the map page in the Mammotion app and tap Start.
- On the task preview page, tap the Settings icon.
- Adjust Cutting height. You can also set mowing strategy, obstacle avoidance, and mowing speed.
- Choose Basic Mode for a simpler setup or use Advanced Mode for the available detailed controls.
- Review the preview, then slide to start mowing.
Mammotion’s task-settings guide lists these controls for LUBA 3, LUBA mini 2, and YUKA mini 2. It does not state a numeric cutting-height minimum, maximum, or adjustment increment, so use the values shown in your installed app rather than relying on an assumed range.
Change settings on an existing scheduled task
- From the app’s home page, swipe up to the second screen and tap the Next Task card to open Schedule.
- Select the task you want to change and tap Edit.
- Tap Settings, adjust cutting height or another task setting, then return to Task Edit.
- Save the edited task.
This is Mammotion’s documented flow for changing settings in a saved task. Labels can vary as the app changes; follow the labels displayed by your current version.
Create a one-time or repeating mowing schedule
- Open Schedule by swiping up from the home page and tapping Next Task. If there is no schedule yet, use Add Schedule.
- Tap New Task.
- Select the area or areas to mow and confirm your selection.
- Tap Schedule, then choose either a specific date or a fixed interval of days.
- Save the task and check that its status is Enabled.
The documented options are a specific date and a fixed day interval. Mammotion’s guide does not specify further timing limits, so check the choices available in your app when setting up the task.

Use No-go Zones and border mowing
LUBA 3 supports No-go Zones, but the available Mammotion documentation confirms the capability rather than providing a current step-by-step drawing or editing path. Firmware release notes record support for creating No-go Zones during mapping in version 2.3.25.19, dated June 17, 2026. A separate release note for version 2.2.1.66, dated March 10, 2026, says settings for mowing along No-go Zone borders were added.
To use these features, check the mapping and task controls shown in your app after confirming that your mower and app are up to date. Do not assume that a border-mowing option means the mower will enter the protected zone; use the on-screen setting description to determine how the boundary is treated.

Check your LUBA 3 app and firmware version
Mammotion’s release index shows version 2.3.27.23 dated July 18, 2026. That listing does not establish whether a newer version was released by October 7, 2026. Check the app and mower’s update status before following feature instructions; available settings and labels may depend on the installed version. Mammotion lists an August 2026 edition of the LUBA 3 AWD Series User Manual – EN, but the relevant numerical height range and exact No-go Zone drawing steps are not established here.
