This Itechguide teaches you how to find people on Pinterest. The guide covers steps to find people on Pinterest from a PC, the Android or iPhone Apps.
Option 1: Find People Using a PC (Pinterest.com)
- Open Pinterest.com from your PC or Mac. Then, if you have not yet signed in, sign in with your Pinterest account.
- Type the name of the person you want to find and press Enter on your keyboard. You could also select a name from the suggested list.
- Then, on the right side of the search bar, click All Pins drop-down and select People. Pinterest search will now display only people’s profiles in the result.
- Click on the person you want to find on Pinterest. Then, on the top right of the person’s profile, tap Follow.
Option 2: Find People via the Android App
- Open Pinterest App on your Android device. Then, if you have not yet signed in, sign in with your Pinterest account.
- When the App opens, type the name of the person you are looking for in the search bar. The search bar is on top of the App.
- Then either select a name from the list or tap Search icon on your keyboard.
- On the top right of the search bar, tap the filter icon. Then, on the Filter results options, tap People. The search result will now display only people’s profiles.
- Finally, beside the person you are looking to find, tap Follow.
Option 3: Find People Using the iPhone/iPad App
- Open the Pinteresr App on your iPhone. Then, if you have not yet signed in, sign in with your Pinterest account.
- At the bottom of the App, tap the search tab.
- Then, on the search bar, type the name of the person you are looking to find. Beneath the search bar, tap People. Pinterest search result will now only display people’s profiles.
- From the displayed search results, tap on the name of the person you are looking to find on Pinterest.
- Finally, on the person’s profile, tap Follow.
