Which option is best for single-speaker voice memos?
Voicenotes is the most focused choice when the recording is your own thought, reminder, journal entry or idea. Its documented workflow transcribes a single-speaker memo, assigns an automatic title and creates a summary.
This simplicity is an advantage when opening a full notebook feels slow. Apps that separate text from audio
Evernote’s Dictation mode does not save an audio file, which may reduce the amount of retained voice data for that particular workflow. Meeting Recorder is different because it is designed to record and transcribe; decide whether the source recording should remain attached to the note after you verify the transcript.

How do I migrate Google Keep notes and voice memos?

Export your Keep data first
- Use Google Takeout to create an export of your Keep data.

Import into Obsidian when you want local files

Do not treat an automatically generated summary as a verbatim record. Summaries are useful for triage, but decisions and deadlines deserve a check against the transcript or recording.
