In Silent Hill: Townfall, the Axe is reported as a New Game Plus pickup. As Simon, follow the early Shorefront District – South route past the For Sale signs, open the white gate, then search the storage area near Shore Wynd for a shed or garage beside a bicycle. The Axe is on a table in a red-lit room; picking it up unlocks the “Here’s Simon!” trophy.

The Simon pickup is near the start of Part 1 in Shorefront District – South, but guides describe the building differently: one calls it a shed beside a bicycle, while another calls it a garage on the east side of Shore Wynd. Use the route landmarks rather than relying on the building label.

What you need to know about New Game Plus
The guides report that the Axe is available in New Game Plus after you complete the game once. If you cannot find it during your first playthrough, finish the game and start a New Game Plus run before retracing Simon’s Shorefront route. NerdsChalk and Gami’s trophy guide describe this progression requirement.

Gami and TalkEsport also report an Axe pickup for Zoe, near the shed in the yard before entering Mr. Stewart’s house. This is a separate, later character route from Simon’s early Shorefront District pickup; the guides do not describe it as a substitute for the Simon trophy condition.
