The 6 Best FiveM Server Hosting Providers in 2026 are Nodecraft, Shockbyte, Nitrado, GPORTAL, ZAP-Hosting, and xREALM—the six hosts currently listed by Cfx.re as authorized hosting partners. Nodecraft is the strongest overall pick, but the right choice depends on player count, server location, script workload, pricing after renewal, and whether the server uses GTA V Legacy or Enhanced. Prices and features below were checked on August 16, 2026.

FiveM hosting prices and plan availability change frequently. The prices in this article are current signals from the providers’ official pages, not permanent quotes or a historical snapshot of April 2026.

Key takeaways

  • Nodecraft is the best overall choice for beginners and growing communities that prefer RAM-based plans, managed tooling, and a polished control panel.
  • Shockbyte is the simplest budget-oriented option, with 12-player, 24-player, and an unlimited-labelled plan displayed on its FiveM page.
  • Nitrado offers the clearest conventional slot-based range, including 18-, 24-, and 48-player plans and a broad location selector.
  • Cfx.re states that FiveM servers support up to 48 players by default, while more than 48 players requires the relevant FiveM Element Club subscription.
  • GTA V Enhanced compatibility requires testing: ZAP-Hosting’s Enhanced Early Access information warns that paid marketplace resources using Asset Escrow may not yet be supported.
  • No supplied source establishes which host has the fastest hardware, lowest latency, highest uptime, or quickest support, so this ranking is a buying guide rather than an independent performance benchmark.

Quick comparison of the six best FiveM server hosting providers

The six providers below are the hosts currently listed on FiveM’s official server-hosting page. Official Cfx.re listing is a useful legitimacy and compatibility signal, but it is not an independent ranking of performance, support, or value.

Provider Best for Plan model Advertised price signal checked Aug. 16, 2026 Capacity or tier shown Notable features Main limitation
Nodecraft Overall ease of use and flexible scaling RAM-based $6.99 first month for 2 GB; $9.98/month renewal 2–32 GB custom configurations txAdmin, custom resources, automated tasks, DDoS protection, static IP, cloud save/swap Introductory pricing renews higher; RAM does not guarantee a player count
Shockbyte Simple budget plans Slot-based $12.99 for 12 players; $15.99 for 24 players Unlimited-labelled plan at $24.99/month txAdmin, file access, backups, DDoS protection, global locations, advertised refund option “Unlimited Players” does not override Cfx.re rules or hardware limits
Nitrado Slot-based flexibility and locations Slot-based or custom $9.79 for 18 slots per 30 days 18, 24, 48, and custom configurations advertised up to 600 slots txAdmin, backups, DDoS protection, upgrades and downgrades, broad location selector Advertised custom capacity is not an automatic playable-capacity guarantee

How was this FiveM hosting shortlist ranked?

The ranking uses the current Cfx.re authorized-provider list as a screening criterion, then compares practical buying factors: price transparency, slot-based versus RAM-based billing, txAdmin and file control, backups, DDoS protection, locations, upgrade paths, FiveM version support, and suitability for different operators.

The ranking does not claim that Nodecraft is objectively faster than Shockbyte, or that one provider has better uptime or support response times. The supplied research contains product pages and advertised features, but no controlled test of tick rate, CPU contention, latency, backup restoration, outage frequency, or ticket response time.

1. Nodecraft: best overall FiveM hosting

Nodecraft is the best overall FiveM host for buyers who want an easy managed setup with RAM-based scaling. Nodecraft is an official Cfx.re hosting provider and offers a control panel with txAdmin support, custom FiveM recipes and resources, automated tasks, DDoS protection, a static IP, and always-online hosting.

Nodecraft’s official FiveM hosting page displayed these prices on August 16, 2026:

  • 2 GB: $6.99 for the first month, then $9.98 per month.
  • 3 GB: $10.49 for the first month, then $14.98 per month.
  • 6 GB: $20.99 for the first month, then $29.98 per month.
  • Custom configurations from 2 GB to 32 GB.

The first-month figures are promotional introductory prices. Nodecraft also displayed alternate annual promotional pricing, so check whether checkout shows monthly, annual, introductory, and renewal totals before ordering. Trial availability and eligibility should likewise be verified at checkout.

Nodecraft’s RAM-based model is useful when a server’s resource stack grows unevenly. A small private server can begin with a modest configuration, while a heavily scripted roleplay server can move to a larger plan without pretending that a headline slot count describes the workload. RAM alone still does not determine capacity: CPU performance, database activity, streamed assets, voice systems, OneSync configuration, resource efficiency, and concurrent players matter too.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Choose Nodecraft if: you are new to FiveM hosting, want a polished panel, run more demanding custom resources, or may switch between FiveM and other supported games.

Watch out for: the normal renewal price after the introductory month. Nodecraft’s review scores and marketing positioning should not be treated as independently measured uptime or latency results.

2. Shockbyte: best straightforward budget option

Shockbyte is the best straightforward budget pick for small communities that prefer conventional player-count plans. Shockbyte is listed by Cfx.re and advertises txAdmin, full file access, automatic backups, DDoS protection, global locations, and 24/7 support.

Shockbyte’s official FiveM page displayed the following plan signals on August 16, 2026:

Free tools Windows power users keep installed

One-click scans. No signup required.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.
  • 12 players: $12.99 per month.
  • 24 players: $15.99 per month.
  • An “Unlimited Players” labelled plan: $24.99 per month.

Shockbyte’s broader game-hosting catalogue also showed FiveM starting at $6.74. The catalogue starting figure should not be compared directly with the named FiveM packages because the pages may represent different configurations, promotions, or billing contexts.

The phrase “Unlimited Players” needs careful interpretation. A provider label cannot override Cfx.re authorization, FiveM’s default 48-player rule, Element Club requirements above 48 players, available hardware, or the practical limits of a server’s scripts and database. Treat the plan as unlimited-labelled rather than as a guarantee of unlimited playable capacity.

Shockbyte is a practical fit for a private friends’ server, a first community server, or an owner who wants to edit resources through files and txAdmin. The advertised refund option may reduce the risk of an initial trial, but confirm the current eligibility and terms before purchase.

Watch out for: inconsistent promotional language on the product page, including references to both 99.9% and 100% uptime. Use a contractual SLA, if one exists, rather than assuming marketing copy is a guaranteed service level. “Low latency” and “no lag” are also provider claims, not independent test results.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

3. Nitrado: best for slot-based flexibility and locations

Nitrado is the strongest slot-based choice for communities that need many location options and straightforward upgrades or downgrades. Nitrado is an official Cfx.re partner and advertises txAdmin, automated backups, DDoS protection, multilingual support, and a location selector covering regions such as Frankfurt, London, New York City, Miami, Los Angeles, Singapore, Tokyo, and Sydney.

Nitrado’s official FiveM offer page displayed these prices on August 16, 2026:

  • 18 slots: $9.79 for 30 days.
  • 24 slots: $12.99 for 30 days.
  • 48 slots: $20.99 for 30 days.
  • Custom configurations advertised from 18 to 600 slots and for periods from 3 to 365 days.

The custom range should not be interpreted as an automatic 600-player FiveM guarantee. Cfx.re states that servers support up to 48 players by default, and more than 48 requires the relevant FiveM Element Club subscription. Hardware, OneSync configuration, resource load, and actual server health still determine whether a community can run smoothly.

Nitrado’s plan presentation uses language about unlimited RAM and CPU. That wording should be understood as the provider’s plan presentation, not as a promise of unlimited dedicated physical hardware. Ask or check the current terms for the actual resource allocation, storage, database arrangement, backup policy, and location-specific differences.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Choose Nitrado if: you think in player slots, need a data center close to players across several regions, or want a conventional game-server panel with flexible plan changes.

Watch out for: comparing a slot number without comparing the CPU and RAM behind it. Nitrado’s “lowest pings” or similar location claims should be validated from the target players’ networks because ISP routing and peering affect real latency.

4. GPORTAL: best for simple deployment

GPORTAL is the best fit for beginners who want a simple slot-based order flow and a quick initial deployment. GPORTAL is listed on the official Cfx.re hosting page and advertises selectable locations, scripts, backup storage, and DDoS protection.

GPORTAL’s FiveM product page displayed $9 for 10 slots for 30 days, $24.30 for 10 slots for 90 days, and $36.95 for 48 slots for 30 days in the displayed Dallas, United States example. Those figures are examples tied to the displayed location and billing terms, not universal global prices.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

GPORTAL advertises standard configurations from 10 to 48 slots and a launch time of under three minutes. Provisioning time does not mean a roleplay server is ready for public use: installing a framework, importing a database, configuring permissions, adding resources, testing assets, and setting scheduled maintenance still take additional work.

The provider also presents a Cfx Marketplace connection for FiveM and RedM content. That may appeal to a beginner who wants a more guided content workflow, while experienced owners may still prefer direct resource and database management.

  • Interactive education for game server hosting creation
  • Provider listings for rental game servers for ARK that match your criteria
  • Simple design to help you navigate the complexity of game server hosting
  • Further guides on how to join your server

Choose GPORTAL if: you want a conventional 10- to 48-slot server, a beginner-friendly ordering experience, or a small private server that should be online quickly.

Watch out for: value at larger sizes. A 10-slot plan may suit private testing but not a public RP community, and the displayed 48-slot price can be materially higher than some competitors’ smaller or similarly sized offers.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

5. ZAP-Hosting: best for broad tooling and Enhanced experimentation

ZAP-Hosting is the most interesting choice for owners who value FTP access, broad game-hosting infrastructure, and the option to test GTA V Enhanced. ZAP-Hosting is an official Cfx.re partner and advertises a web interface, FTP, txAdmin, custom scripts and resources, DDoS protection, recurring rental, and lifetime-server options.

ZAP-Hosting’s official FiveM page displayed a starting signal of $9.16 per month and a lifetime-server option from $80.62 on August 16, 2026. These are starting prices, not necessarily the cost of a useful public configuration. Verify the included resources, renewal obligations, service terms, and refund conditions before treating a lifetime option as a long-term value calculation.

What should FiveM owners know about ZAP-Hosting and GTA V Enhanced?

ZAP-Hosting presents GTA V Enhanced support as Early Access and warns that Asset Escrow for paid marketplace resources is not yet supported there. Established modded communities that depend on paid resources may therefore find GTA V Legacy safer until every framework, script, vehicle, map, clothing pack, and database integration has been tested on Enhanced.

Enhanced support is not simply a question of whether a host can start the server. A migration can expose compatibility problems in paid resources, escrow behavior, server artifacts, dependencies, and client installations. Keep a working Legacy environment until the complete resource stack has passed testing.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Choose ZAP-Hosting if: you want direct FTP/resource management, run several game types, or specifically want to experiment with Enhanced support.

Watch out for: assuming broad catalogue coverage proves superior FiveM hardware or support. Also avoid describing the lifetime option as guaranteed lifetime service without checking the current contract.

6. xREALM: best additional official alternative

xREALM is a useful additional official alternative for international communities that want global locations, NVMe storage, and performance-oriented plan tiers. xREALM appears on the official Cfx.re hosting list and presents global server locations, 24/7 support, DDoS protection, NVMe SSD storage, and CPU/RAM-oriented performance tiers.

xREALM’s official FiveM hosting page showed 10-, 24-, and 48-slot tiers, but the captured page displayed “configure your server” rather than a verifiable monthly price. A buyer should configure the desired location and tier before comparing xREALM with the other five providers.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

The absence of a visible public price makes fast value comparison harder. Terms such as “performance CPU” or “premium performance” are positioning language, not precise processor, allocation, or contention specifications. Ask for the concrete resource allocation if CPU consistency matters to a large RP community.

Choose xREALM if: the provider has a suitable nearby location and the configured price fits your budget, particularly for an international community that wants another official option.

What is FiveM hosting?

FiveM hosting rents an always-online server for a custom GTA V multiplayer environment. FiveM is not GTA Online hosting, a normal website host, or a local server running through a home internet connection. FiveM servers can run custom scripts, resources, maps, vehicles, clothing, databases, and roleplay or other game modes.

A managed FiveM host is also different from a bare VPS. A managed game host usually provides a FiveM-aware setup, a control panel, game-server support, and commonly advertised features such as backups and DDoS protection. A VPS gives an experienced operator more control but shifts operating-system security, updates, firewalling, monitoring, backups, and recovery to the customer.

Cfx.re’s server setup documentation covers Windows and Linux setup options. Cfx.re says a hosting provider is the fastest and easiest route for many owners, while manual setup is more appropriate for operators comfortable administering their own infrastructure.

Do you need a Cfx.re license key for a hosted FiveM server?

Yes. A hosted FiveM server still requires a free Cfx Portal account and a license key associated with the server instance. The hosting provider does not remove that Cfx.re requirement. During setup, generate or obtain the key through the Cfx account workflow and associate the key with the server as described in Cfx.re’s hosting-provider setup documentation.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

How many players can a FiveM server support?

Player capacity has three separate meanings: the number of slots sold by the host, the capacity authorized by Cfx.re, and the number of players the resource stack can actually run smoothly.

Cfx.re states that FiveM servers support up to 48 players by default and that hosting more than 48 players requires the relevant FiveM Element Club subscription. Cfx.re also presents OneSync capabilities up to 128 slots and OneSync Infinity configurations up to 2,048, but those figures are not a guarantee that a cheap rental plan, a particular script stack, or a community can sustain 2,048 concurrent players.

Capacity concept What it means What it does not mean
Plan slots The number of player slots sold or displayed by the provider A guarantee of CPU, RAM, tick rate, or smooth performance
Cfx.re authorization The rules governing default capacity and access above 48 players Proof that a host has enough hardware for a large community
Practical capacity The number of concurrent players supported by the actual scripts, assets, database, CPU, RAM, and configuration A number that can be reliably predicted from RAM or slots alone

Do not buy a 48-slot plan simply because the community expects 48 players. An inefficient framework, heavy streamed assets, frequent database queries, voice systems, or poorly optimized resources can make a lower slot count unstable. Start with a testable configuration, monitor real load, and upgrade after measuring the server under representative player activity.

What is txAdmin and why does it matter?

txAdmin is the web-based management and monitoring panel included with FXServer. The official txAdmin documentation describes server control, configuration validation, resource management, monitoring, and an in-game administration menu. txAdmin is included in FXServer builds above artifact 2524 and normally does not require a separate download.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

For a small server owner, txAdmin reduces the need to issue every action through a terminal. Look for reliable access to the console, resource restart controls, scheduled restarts, permission management, logs, configuration validation, and recipe or template installation. A provider advertising txAdmin does not necessarily provide identical panel permissions or backup restoration tools, so confirm what the plan actually exposes.

How much RAM does a FiveM server need?

There is no reliable universal formula such as a fixed number of gigabytes per player. FiveM memory and CPU requirements vary with the framework—ESX, QBCore, standalone, or custom—the number and quality of resources, streamed MLOs, vehicles and clothing, database activity, voice systems, OneSync configuration, server artifact, resource versions, connection churn, and concurrent players.

RAM-based plans such as Nodecraft’s make resource scaling more explicit. Slot-based plans from Shockbyte, Nitrado, GPORTAL, and other hosts may be easier to buy but can reveal less about the underlying hardware. Neither billing model proves better performance. Ask what CPU allocation, memory, storage, database access, and upgrade path are included, then monitor actual usage after installing the intended resources.

Does the server location affect FiveM performance?

Yes. Choose a data center near the majority of players rather than near the server owner. A server in New York may suit a North American community but be a poor choice for a mostly European or Australian player base.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Compare average ping, worst-case ping, ISP routing, regional availability, DDoS mitigation coverage, and whether the desired location is available on the selected tier. Provider claims such as “low latency” or “lowest pings” are not substitutes for testing from the actual players’ networks. A location that looks geographically close can still have a poor route or peering relationship with a particular ISP.

What should you check about backups?

Backups are useful only when the frequency, retention, contents, storage location, and restoration process are clear. GPORTAL advertises 50 GB of backup storage, Nitrado advertises automated or daily backups, and Shockbyte advertises automatic backups, but those policies are not equivalent.

Backup question Why it matters
How often is a backup created? A daily backup can still lose a day of database changes; hourly and event-based policies have different recovery points.
Is the database included? Character data, inventories, economy records, bans, and permissions may live outside the server resource files.
How long are backups retained? Short retention may not help after a delayed corruption or accidental deletion.
Can the owner restore without support? Self-service recovery is valuable during an outage or bad resource update.
Are backups stored separately? A backup on the same failing infrastructure is not a complete disaster-recovery plan.
Can files and databases be downloaded? An independent copy makes migration and recovery possible if the account or provider becomes unavailable.

Keep an independent copy of server files and the database outside the provider. A provider backup is helpful, but it should not be the only recovery mechanism.

Should you choose slot-based or RAM-based FiveM hosting?

Choose slot-based hosting when you want a simple cost estimate; choose RAM-based hosting when resource growth and workload visibility matter more than a headline player count.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.
Billing model Advantages Risks and trade-offs Best fit
Slot-based Easy to understand; useful for a small private community; cost maps directly to a planned player count Hardware allocation may be less transparent; slots do not describe script efficiency or CPU headroom Friends’ servers and small communities with predictable capacity
RAM-based More direct resource scaling; useful for heavily modded or growing servers; avoids treating slots as the only workload measure RAM is not the whole performance picture; player capacity is less obvious to beginners Developers, growing communities, and owners with varied resource loads

Neither model is automatically cheaper or faster. Compare CPU allocation, memory, storage, database limits, locations, backup terms, renewal price, and migration options alongside the billing model.

Managed FiveM host or VPS: which is better?

A managed game host is usually better for a first-time owner, while a VPS or dedicated server is better for an experienced operator who needs control and can manage infrastructure.

Option Advantages Responsibilities and disadvantages
Managed FiveM host Fast deployment, preconfigured FiveM and txAdmin, game-specific support, commonly bundled backups and DDoS protection Less control, potentially higher cost, vague hardware details, and provider-specific panel or migration limits
VPS or dedicated server More control, potentially more predictable CPU isolation, ability to run databases, bots, web panels, and other services together Owner handles security, updates, firewalling, monitoring, backups, recovery, and DDoS arrangements

Self-hosting is a valid advanced option, not an automatic upgrade. A cheap VPS can become a poor choice if the owner cannot secure it, monitor it, restore it, or respond to an attack. Cfx.re’s setup documentation covers the manual server path for Windows and Linux.

How should you choose a FiveM host?

  1. Estimate real demand. Separate private testing, friends’ play sessions, a small public community, and a large RP launch.
  2. Identify the workload. List the framework, database, voice system, maps, vehicles, clothing, scripts, and other streamed resources.
  3. Choose the region. Put the server near most players, then validate routes and ping from representative ISPs.
  4. Compare renewal pricing. Ignore the first-month discount until you know the normal monthly or annual total, taxes, currency, and billing period.
  5. Check resource transparency. Compare RAM, CPU allocation, storage, database access, and upgrade mechanics rather than slots alone.
  6. Verify recovery. Confirm backup frequency, retention, database coverage, restoration, download access, and independent-copy options.
  7. Confirm control. Check txAdmin permissions, file manager or FTP/SFTP access, console controls, recipes, resource installation, and scheduled restarts.
  8. Plan for migration. Confirm that you can export files and databases and understand how licenses, account keys, and location changes work.
  9. Test Legacy or Enhanced. Keep Legacy available while testing every framework, resource, asset, and paid marketplace dependency on Enhanced.
  10. Scale from evidence. Add resources incrementally, test with several players, monitor CPU and memory, and upgrade only after observing actual load.

FiveM server setup checklist

  1. Create a Cfx Portal account.
  2. Generate or obtain the server license key.
  3. Choose a provider and a location close to the player base.
  4. Select an initial plan based on workload, not only expected slots.
  5. Associate the Cfx license key with the server instance.
  6. Open txAdmin and confirm console, monitoring, permissions, and restart controls.
  7. Install a framework or recipe.
  8. Add resources incrementally and verify dependencies.
  9. Configure and test the database.
  10. Test connections with several players before launch.
  11. Configure admin permissions and separate staff access from owner credentials.
  12. Set scheduled restarts and backups.
  13. Download an independent copy of server files and the database.
  14. Document the resource list, configuration changes, credentials procedure, and recovery steps.

Use Cfx.re’s server setup guide and the txAdmin documentation as the authoritative setup references.

Which FiveM host is best for each situation?

Situation Recommended starting point Reason
First private or small community server Shockbyte or GPORTAL Conventional slot plans and relatively simple deployment
Growing, heavily scripted server Nodecraft RAM-based scaling and managed tooling make resource growth easier to plan
Community spread across regions Nitrado or xREALM Broad location options and official-host alternatives
Owner who wants FTP and several game types ZAP-Hosting FTP, custom-resource management, and a broad game-hosting catalogue
Enhanced experimentation ZAP-Hosting, with a separate Legacy fallback Enhanced Early Access is presented, but paid-resource compatibility requires testing
Advanced infrastructure operator VPS or dedicated server More control, provided the operator can manage security, monitoring, backups, and recovery

Important FiveM hosting mistakes to avoid

  • Buying by slots alone: a 48-slot plan can struggle with inefficient resources or heavy database load.
  • Ignoring renewal prices: an introductory first month is not the normal cost of ownership.
  • Choosing the owner’s region: the correct location is near the majority of players, not necessarily the administrator.
  • Taking “unlimited” literally: Cfx.re rules, Element Club access, hardware, and script load still apply.
  • Assuming backups are complete: external databases, uploaded assets, secrets, or configuration files may require separate handling.
  • Skipping Enhanced compatibility testing: Legacy and Enhanced can differ for frameworks, assets, and paid resources.
  • Using leaked or unsupported scripts: untrusted resources create legal, security, and stability problems regardless of host.
  • Keeping no independent backup: provider backups are not a substitute for an off-platform copy.
  • Skipping migration planning: verify file export, database export, and account or license procedures before committing.
  • Confusing provisioning with launch: server creation can be quick, while framework setup, database import, permissions, and testing take longer.
  • Assuming an uptime claim covers every outage: maintenance, upstream failures, resource crashes, and customer-caused downtime may be excluded from an SLA.

Final recommendations

Nodecraft is the best overall FiveM hosting choice for most beginners and growing communities. Shockbyte is the clearest simple-budget option, while Nitrado is the strongest conventional slot-based choice for location flexibility. GPORTAL is attractive for quick beginner deployment, ZAP-Hosting stands out for FTP, broad tooling, and Enhanced experimentation, and xREALM is a worthwhile additional official alternative when its configured location and price fit.

Choose based on the actual workload and player geography, then compare renewal pricing, hardware transparency, backups, migration access, and Legacy/Enhanced compatibility. Cfx.re partner status narrows the shortlist; it does not eliminate the need to evaluate the plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a Cfx.re license key if I rent a FiveM server?

Yes. A hosted FiveM server still requires a free Cfx Portal account and a license key associated with the server instance. The hosting provider does not remove that requirement.

Can a FiveM server support more than 48 players?

Cfx.re states that FiveM servers support up to 48 players by default, while more than 48 players requires the relevant FiveM Element Club subscription. OneSync and OneSync Infinity may support larger configurations, but a provider’s slot label is not a guarantee of practical capacity.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Is GTA V Enhanced better than Legacy for a modded FiveM server?

Not necessarily. Enhanced support and paid-resource compatibility require testing, and ZAP-Hosting’s Enhanced Early Access information warns that Asset Escrow for paid marketplace resources may not yet be supported. Established communities may prefer Legacy until their complete resource stack works on Enhanced.

Is RAM-based FiveM hosting better than slot-based hosting?

Neither billing model is automatically better. Slot-based plans are easier to understand, while RAM-based plans make resource scaling more visible; CPU allocation, database load, streamed assets, resource efficiency, and location matter as much as the billing model.
