What is the WWE 2K26 Ringside Pass?
The Ringside Pass is WWE 2K26’s battle-pass-style reward system. Every season has a free track and a premium track. WWE 2K Support describes the free track as containing about 60 rewards across 40 tiers; with the premium track, the two tracks contain 120 goods in total. Rewards can include VC, MyFACTION packs, MFP, Island banners, downloadable-content Superstars, Creation Suite parts, Island taunts, Personas and other in-game items.
You earn Ringside Pass experience (RXP) through eligible play, then unlock and claim rewards as your tier increases. Only one pass can be active at a time, so a missing-looking reward can be caused by the wrong season being selected rather than a failed purchase. A season also does not expire when a new one launches. You can put one pass on hold, activate another and return to the earlier pass later.

Which platforms and editions include the pass?
WWE 2K26 is officially supported on Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2. The edition you bought determines which premium seasons you own. The edition information lists Premium Ringside Pass Season 1 with the King of Kings Edition, and Premium Seasons 1–4 with the Attitude Era Edition. A season that is not part of your edition can correctly appear with a purchase option even when your account and installation are working normally.

Do not use the PS4 license path as evidence that WWE 2K26 is supported on PS4. How do I restore the Ringside Pass license on PS5?
Use the PS5 license-refresh path when the game is installed but premium content is missing.
- Close WWE 2K26 completely.
- From the PS5 main menu, open Settings.
- Choose Users and Accounts.

- Select Restore Licenses and confirm.
- After the process finishes, launch WWE 2K26 and check the season and premium track again.

What is the PS4 license path?
The general WWE 2K guide gives this route for supported PS4 products: close the game, press the PS button, open Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses, then relaunch. WWE 2K26 itself is listed for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam and Nintendo Switch 2, not PS4, so do not interpret this older path as confirmation of a PS4 version.
How do I install missing Ringside Pass content on Xbox Series X|S?
- Quit WWE 2K26 so it is not suspended.
- Search the Xbox Marketplace for the missing Ringside Pass season or add-on.
- Open the result while signed into the purchasing Microsoft/Xbox account.
- If the entitlement is recognized, choose Install rather than a paid purchase.
- Wait for the add-on download to complete, then relaunch WWE 2K26.
Some players need to locate the Season 2 add-on manually and complete a free purchase flow before the download becomes available. If the store still asks for payment, capture that screen and verify the account and edition before paying again.
How do I reload Ringside Pass DLC on Nintendo Switch 2?

Do not treat the displayed price as proof that your original purchase vanished. Confirm the purchasing account and edition, record what the storefront shows, and escalate with the transaction evidence if the free flow is not offered.
Could the pass be installed but still look missing?
Yes. The Ringside Pass interface separates free and premium tracks, allows only one active season and requires progression and reward claims. Check the active season selector, the tier you have reached and whether the reward has been claimed before assuming the entitlement failed.
Is the wrong season active?
A new season can become the selected pass while your earlier pass remains on hold. Switch to the season you intended to use; earlier passes do not expire when a new season launches, so you can return to them later.
Have you earned enough RXP?
Rewards unlock through RXP and are not granted merely because the premium track is owned. Eligible modes listed by WWE 2K Support include Play Now, Universe, MyRISE, Showcase, MyGM, MyFACTION and The Island.

Was the match excluded from RXP?
RXP is not earned in online lobbies, matches with multiple local human players, matches with friends through Steam, PSN or Xbox services, simulated or entirely AI-run matches, or matches that are quit, disconnected or played partly offline. A pass can therefore be correctly installed while its tier remains unchanged after an ineligible match.

Why should I install the latest patch before diagnosing DLC?
Ringside Pass behavior can change with game updates. WWE 2K’s Patch 1.04 notice says the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Steam updates arrived March 11, 2026, while the Nintendo Switch 2 update arrived March 30, 2026. Finish the platform’s current patch and allow the add-on to update before repeating license steps.
The completed and resolved support index later listed WWE 2K26 issues involving a Ringside Pass reward, Switch 2 Ringside Pass and MyFACTION data, and post-patch behavior. Version-specific symptoms can therefore reflect a known service or patch issue rather than a permanently damaged local license. Can reinstalling WWE 2K26 fix a missing Ringside Pass?

Why does the store show a price for a pass I already purchased?

Can I switch back to an older Ringside Pass after activating a new one?
Yes. The pass system allows one active season at a time, but an earlier pass can be put on hold and activated again later. Its expiration is not triggered by the launch of a newer season.
Why did my tier not increase after an online match with friends?
WWE 2K Support excludes several match types from RXP, including matches with friends through Steam, PSN or Xbox services, online lobbies and matches that are simulated, entirely AI-run, quit, disconnected or partly offline. Use an eligible mode such as Play Now, Universe, MyRISE, Showcase, MyGM, MyFACTION or The Island.
