If you want physical spectacle, start with Physical: 100. For alliances and suspicion, try The Mole, The Traitors, The Trust, or Battle Camp; for wilderness endurance, choose Outlast. If you prefer a mental contest, investigate The Devil’s Plan. The right follow-up depends on which part of Squid Game: The Challenge you enjoyed most.

Pick your next show by what you liked

Squid Game: The Challenge is a reality competition in which 456 players compete for a $4.56 million prize. Netflix describes it as a social experiment and a mind game, combining a large cast and elimination pressure with game-based trials and social decisions. These recommendations match different parts of that mix; “closest” is a format judgment, not a measured similarity ranking. The real-life competition is not the fictional life-or-death premise of the scripted Squid Game.

If you want… Try… Why it fits
Physical spectacle Physical: 100 Large-scale physical trials and eliminations
Alliances and deception The Mole, The Traitors, The Trust, or Battle Camp Competition shaped by social savvy, trust, and maneuvering
Remote endurance Outlast Survival and team dynamics in a wilderness setting
Mental competition The Devil’s Plan An option to explore if you want a mental-game change of pace

For physical challenges: Physical: 100

Choose Physical: 100 if the imposing sets, demanding tests, and elimination rounds were the main attraction. Netflix Tudum describes 100 physically elite contestants taking on grueling challenges, with participants from varied backgrounds. Netflix’s Media Center describes the Italy edition as 100 contestants facing trials designed to test physical ability and mental toughness. It is a strong match for the spectacle of bodies-in-motion, but its athletic focus differs from the broader social game in Squid Game: The Challenge.

For alliances and suspicion: strategy-focused competitions

If you watched for shifting trust, alliances, and the question of who is playing whom, consider The Mole or The Traitors. The Trust and Battle Camp are other titles to investigate. Netflix Tudum’s strategy guide frames this kind of competition around alliances, winning trust, and social savvy; its description of Battle Camp combines physical trials with social gameplay. The available official descriptions do not establish the precise format or current streaming rights for every title in every country, so check your local catalog before settling on one.

For wilderness endurance: Outlast

Outlast is a different kind of follow-up: think remote-setting survival and team dynamics rather than arena-style games. Netflix Tudum discusses the series and its jungle spin-off in the context of survival and shifting alliances. Pick it when the endurance and group dynamics appeal more than the structured trials.

For a mental-game change of pace: The Devil’s Plan

The Devil’s Plan is worth investigating if you want a competition centered on mental play rather than physical spectacle or wilderness survival. Netflix’s US competition catalog listed the title on October 4, 2026. That catalog listing establishes neither its availability elsewhere nor specific details of its rules or prize, so check the show page in your region for current information.
