The phone described as the “Vivo S60t” is identified in vivo’s official materials as the vivo S60, model V2571A. It has a 7,200mAh typical-capacity battery and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, but it did not launch with OriginOS 7: vivo lists OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 as its launch software. An OriginOS 7 upgrade is scheduled to begin later, on October 29, 2026.
Is there an official vivo S60t?
The official vivo China specification page identifies the standard phone as the vivo S60, model V2571A. vivo’s launch announcement names the S60 series and its S60 Vitality Edition; the official sources cited here do not establish an S60t model name.
vivo announced the S60 series on May 29, 2026, and said presales opened that day, with sales beginning June 3. Those dates and the prices below refer to the China launch, not a global release schedule.

What are the S60’s battery and camera specifications?
7,200mAh typical battery capacity
vivo lists the standard S60 battery at 7,200mAh typical capacity and 7,015mAh rated capacity, both at 3.74V. The official specification page also lists up to 90W flash charging. These are capacity and charging specifications, not an independent battery-life test.

50MP periscope telephoto camera
The standard S60’s rear camera system includes a 50MP main camera, a 50MP Sony periscope telephoto camera (f/2.65), and an ultra-wide camera with a 110-degree field of view. The periscope specification applies to the standard S60; it should not be attributed to the S60 Vitality Edition.
Did the S60 launch with OriginOS 7?
No. vivo’s S60 product page states that the phone launched with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. vivo’s OriginOS upgrade schedule lists the S60 and S60 Vitality models in a group whose OriginOS 7 upgrades are scheduled to begin on October 29, 2026. That date is a future rollout start as of October 4, 2026; it is not the phone’s launch software, nor does a scheduled start establish when every device will receive the update.

How does the S60 differ from the S60 Vitality Edition?
The S60 Vitality Edition is a distinct China-market variant, identified by vivo as model V2572A. Its camera system and chipset differ from the standard S60. The comparison below uses vivo’s official product pages and launch announcement.

What did the phones cost at launch?
vivo’s May 29, 2026 launch announcement gave the China-market suggested retail prices shown in the table. For the standard S60, the three configurations were 12GB/256GB at CNY 3,599, 12GB/512GB at CNY 3,999, and 16GB/512GB at CNY 4,399. For the Vitality Edition, the configurations were 8GB/256GB at CNY 2,899, 12GB/256GB at CNY 3,199, and 12GB/512GB at CNY 3,499. These are launch prices in yuan, not verified current prices or prices for other countries. The announcement is available from vivo’s May 29, 2026 launch release.
