You can usually cancel a Titan Quest II console pre-order before release, but the result depends on who charged you, when you paid, and whether the main game has started downloading or streaming. Is there a PC Titan Quest II pre-order to cancel?
No. THQ Nordic says PC is already playable in Early Access, so there is no PC pre-order. The publisher’s wording is: “Since you can already play the game in Early Access, there is no pre-order on PC.” The live Steam and Epic products are therefore purchases of a playable PC product, not an unplayable future pre-purchase. How do I cancel a Titan Quest II PS5 digital pre-order?
In the U.S., a PS5 digital pre-order paid more than 14 days before the main product’s release can ordinarily be canceled before release. If you paid within 14 days of release, the ordinary window is up to 14 days after payment. In either branch, downloading or streaming the main product—including preloading—normally removes the change-of-mind option, unless the product is faulty.
Check the timing branch
- Paid more than 14 days before January 19, 2027: request cancellation before release, provided the main game has not begun downloading or streaming.
- Paid within 14 days before release: request cancellation within 14 days of the payment date, again before the main product starts downloading or streaming.
- Faulty product: the policy has a separate faulty-content exception; describe the fault rather than treating it as an ordinary change-of-mind request.
Check whether preloading started
Automatic downloads can begin without another deliberate click. PlayStation’s rule concerns the main pre-ordered product, not merely an immediately available bonus. An extra can stop working after an otherwise eligible cancellation, while downloading the main game can block an ordinary refund. If you are unsure which component downloaded, ask support to inspect the transaction rather than guessing.
Submit the request
- Sign in to the PlayStation account that placed the order.
- Open Transaction History and select the Titan Quest II transaction.
- Choose Request Refund when that option appears.
- If self-service is unavailable, contact PlayStation Support and provide the purchase date, order details and whether the main product preloaded or streamed.

How do I cancel or refund a Titan Quest II Xbox pre-order?
Use the Microsoft account that made the purchase. Microsoft says to open Order history and select Cancel. - Open Order history and locate Titan Quest II.

- If Cancel item is missing, use the Xbox refund-request route identified in Microsoft’s support guidance instead of assuming the order cannot be reviewed.
Keep the order confirmation and note whether the order is merely authorized, already billed, or delivered through advance access. Can I refund Titan Quest II Early Access on Steam?
Steam treats the PC copy as Early Access. Its standard rule is generally a request within 14 days of purchase and less than two hours of playtime, but Steam specifically says Early Access playtime counts toward the two-hour limit. For titles bought before release, Steam says the 14-day refund period does not begin until the release date; that timing statement does not make Early Access playtime disappear.
What to do on Steam
- Open Steam Support while signed in to the account that bought the game.
- Select the Titan Quest II transaction and choose the refund option.
- Report the actual Early Access playtime accurately, including time played before the full release.
- Submit the request and retain the confirmation.
Steam says it may review requests outside its stated rules, but review is not approval. Do not describe the purchase as an unplayed pre-order when you have launched Early Access; that would omit the fact Steam uses in its decision.
Can I refund Titan Quest II on Epic Games Store?
Epic’s ordinary policy generally requires the product to be marked refundable, a request within 14 days of purchase and fewer than two hours of recorded playtime. Because Titan Quest II is playable Early Access on PC, an unplayed pre-purchase promise is not a blanket exception. Check the product’s refund designation and runtime before submitting.

THQ Nordic Store EU orders
The THQ Nordic Store EU policy says a later-release pre-order can be canceled by contacting the store with your full name and order number. Use its contact form or the email route listed in the policy. Once shipping preparation begins, separate withdrawal rules apply.

For EU residents, the store describes a 14-day withdrawal period after receipt. The same policy says it accepts only defective-goods returns outside the EU. Those terms apply to that EU storefront; do not transfer them to another retailer or to a U.S. order. Read the store’s current wording at THQ Nordic Store EU’s right-of-withdrawal page.
Orders from another retailer
- Open the order page or receipt and identify the actual seller.
- Check whether the order is pending, being prepared, or shipped.
- Use that seller’s cancellation function or contact channel, quoting the order number.
- If already delivered, follow the seller’s return process and your local consumer-law rights.
Do not send a third-party physical order to PlayStation, Xbox, Steam or Epic support. They cannot cancel a retailer’s shipment.
