Frost-free systems still need sensible loading. Keep air paths clear, avoid packing food tightly against vents and allow hot food to cool before placing it inside. Because the unit is freestanding, it is not designed to be hidden behind a custom cabinet door. Level it on a solid floor, protect the finish during transport and allow the appliance to stand according to the manufacturer’s instructions before powering it after a move.
