The model’s listed noise level is 41 dBA, from the Smeg/retailer FAB32 specification sheet. This is a manufacturer/retailer specification, not an independently reported in-home measurement.
Is the FAB32RBLNA1 a good performer?

Are Smeg FAB32 fridges reliable?
