Choose a starting configuration
- Medium: the neutral starting point for a sleeper who does not have a strong preference.
- Firm: the firmer starting option for people who prefer less sink.

Changing a pad does not turn the mattress into a different size or support platform. It changes the replaceable comfort component; the spring core and other fixed layers stay in place.
Is Sleeping Duck good for couples and side sleepers?

Start with the configuration that feels closest to your normal mattress. Use the 21-night period to assess whether you can sleep comfortably in your usual position, then request a different pad if the feel remains unsuitable. Keep notes from several nights rather than judging only the first impression.
