Short answer: The Sihoo B300 Pro is one of the more adjustable mesh chairs available around $300 in the US. Its moving 4D Micro-Fit lumbar system, depth-adjustable seat, height-adjustable backrest, fold-away 6D armrests, and three-position recline give it a wider fit range than most budget chairs. The trade-off is uncertainty: long-term durability and service history are not yet well established, and the many controls take time to tune. If you fall near Sihoo’s 5’1″–6’1″ (155–185 cm) target range and can verify the return policy, it is a credible value for long desk days; it is not a guaranteed fit for every body or desk.
What is the Sihoo B300 Pro and what do you get?
The B300 Pro is a mesh ergonomic office chair designed for home offices, study spaces, and gaming setups. Sihoo’s US specification lists a 330 lb (150 kg) maximum load, a 19.1 in (48.5 cm) seat width, a 16.5–18.5 in (419–470 mm) adjustable seat depth, and a 43.7 lb (19.8 kg) net weight. The backrest, seat, lumbar support, armrests, headrest, and recline can all be adjusted, so the chair is intended to be fitted rather than used in its factory position.
| Specification | Sihoo’s listed figure or feature | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Recommended user height | 5’1″–6’1″ (155–185 cm) | Use as a starting range; torso length and leg length still determine fit. |
| Maximum load | 330 lb (150 kg) | Published capacity for the US model; do not treat it as a comfort guarantee. |
| Seat width | 19.1 in (48.5 cm) | Allows a moderate amount of hip and clothing clearance. |
| Seat depth | 16.5–18.5 in (419–470 mm) | Shorter users can reduce pressure behind the knees; taller users can gain thigh support. |
| Recline locks | 105°, 120°, and 135° | Three fixed working or resting positions, with tension that adapts to user weight. |
| Backrest | Height adjustable | Lets you place the lumbar contour and upper back support more accurately. |
| Lumbar system | 4D Micro-Fit | Adjusts in multiple directions and is designed to follow posture changes. |
| Armrests | 6D, rotating and flip-up | Can support different elbow positions or move out of the way entirely. |
| Headrest | 3D ultra-wide | Offers a broader contact area and multiple positioning adjustments. |
| Upholstery | FlexWeave mesh | Airflow is useful in warm rooms and during long sessions. |
| Net weight | 43.7 lb (19.8 kg) | Heavy enough to feel substantial, but manageable for a two-person assembly. |
Those are manufacturer specifications for the US version. Regional pages can differ in stock, included accessories, or packaging, so check the page for your country before ordering.
Is the Sihoo B300 Pro worth its current price?
At the prices documented in 2026, the answer is usually yes if you will actually use the adjustment range. The official US page displayed a temporary $259.99 sale price against a $329.99 reference price; New Atlas reported $289.99 at publication. The European page showed €259.99, while the UK page showed £229.99 but marked the chair unavailable. These are snapshots, not permanent prices, and shipping, tax, stock, and variant contents can change.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Its value comes from features that normally require moving to a more expensive tier: seat-depth and backrest-height adjustment, a multidirectional lumbar mechanism, armrests that rotate and fold away, and a headrest that can be positioned rather than simply raised or lowered. A cheaper chair with only a height lever may cost less initially but can be more expensive in discomfort, replacement, or work-time losses if it cannot fit your body.
The calculation changes if you do not need a headrest, never recline, or already know that mesh seats irritate you. In those cases, a simpler fabric chair may deliver equal practical value. Also budget for delivery and potential return shipping; the displayed chair price does not establish your final delivered cost.
How does the 4D Micro-Fit lumbar support work?
The lumbar support is the B300 Pro’s most consequential feature. Instead of a fixed pad that stays in one place while you move, the 4D Micro-Fit assembly can be positioned for height and depth and is intended to move with your posture. New Atlas reviewer Utkarsh Sood described the mechanism as “remarkably useful in daily use” after two weeks of testing.

- Height: moves the pressure point up or down to align with the inward curve of your lower back.
- Depth: changes how prominently the support contacts you. Start shallow; increase pressure only until your spine feels supported without a hard push.
- Dynamic movement: allows the support to track small posture changes instead of forcing you to remain in one exact position.
How to tune it
- Sit with your pelvis fully back and your feet supported.
- Set the seat depth so there is a small gap—roughly two to four fingers—between the seat edge and the backs of your knees.
- Raise or lower the backrest and lumbar unit until the firmest part meets your natural lumbar curve, not your belt line or the middle of your ribs.
- Set depth low enough that you can breathe and relax your abdominal muscles. Increase it in small increments during a normal work session.
- Work for 20–30 minutes before making another change. Rapidly moving every control at once makes it difficult to identify which setting helped.
“More” is not automatically better. Excessive lumbar pressure can cause soreness, especially if you are accustomed to a flat office chair. The useful setting is the one that lets you maintain a neutral posture without consciously bracing.

Is the B300 Pro comfortable for long hours?
It has the ingredients for long sessions, but comfort depends on fit and movement. FlexWeave mesh allows more airflow than a solid cushion, which is an advantage in warm rooms. The seat-depth range can reduce pressure behind shorter users’ knees or provide more thigh support for taller users. The reviewer’s two-week impressions were positive, but that is a short, single-user test rather than a controlled durability or clinical comfort study.
Where it helps
- Heat management: mesh does not trap as much warmth as thick foam or bonded upholstery.
- Posture changes: the moving lumbar assembly and weight-adaptive recline accommodate small shifts instead of treating every movement as a mistake.
- Breaks from typing: 120° or 135° recline positions let you lean back for reading, calls, or short recovery periods.
- Desk clearance: flip-up armrests can get out of the way when you pull close to a desk or guitar, keyboard, drawing tablet, or other equipment.
Where it may not
- Mesh can feel firm or expose pressure points if the seat pan does not match your pelvis and thigh length.
- A headrest is useful only when its height and angle meet your neck; a poorly positioned headrest can push your head forward.
- Remaining seated all day is still a problem even in a well-adjusted chair. Stand, walk, and change position regularly.
The strongest evidence so far is practical rather than long-term: New Atlas found the lumbar mechanism useful, the armrests helpful for unrestricted movement, the mesh welcome in hot conditions, and all three recline positions secure for a reviewer near 200 lb (90 kg).
Will the Sihoo B300 Pro fit your height and desk?
Sihoo targets users from 5’1″ to 6’1″ (155–185 cm), but that range is a fit guide, not a promise. Two people of the same height can need different seat depths because leg and torso proportions vary. Check the measurements against your own body and desk before ordering.

- Seat depth: measure from the back of your buttocks to the point behind your knee, then compare that usable length with the 16.5–18.5 in (419–470 mm) range. You need clearance behind the knee when sitting upright.
- Seat width: the 19.1 in (48.5 cm) width should leave room for your hips without forcing your knees together or making the armrests collide with your elbows.
- Upper-back position: use the height-adjustable backrest to place support between your shoulder blades and lower back. If the frame contacts your shoulders or misses your lumbar curve at every height, the chair is the wrong shape for you.
- Load rating: the listed maximum is 330 lb (150 kg). Capacity does not indicate how soft the seat will feel or how much space your body needs.
Fit checks for your desk
- Measure the underside of your desk. Armrests that are higher than the desk surface can prevent you from pulling in close.
- Confirm that the desk is high enough for your preferred seat height while keeping your feet flat. A footrest can help if the desk cannot be lowered, but a footrest is a separate purchase consideration.
- Leave clearance behind the chair for the 135° recline position. A wall or cabinet immediately behind the backrest can make the advertised range unusable.
- Check whether your flooring needs a chair mat. The product specifications do not establish caster performance on every carpet, wood, or tile type.
How should you set up and adjust the chair?
Assembly and tuning are easier when you make one change at a time. The large adjustment count is a benefit only after the controls are understood.

- Flawless 4K@60Hz Video with HDMI: Delivers exceptional clarity and smoothness with its 4K@60Hz HDMI port, making it ideal for high-definition presentations and entertainment. (Note: Only the HDMI port supports video projection; the USB-C port is for data transfer only.)

- Assemble on a clear floor. Keep the hardware and lever mechanisms accessible, and use a second person to hold the backrest while attaching it.
- Set the seat height. Raise or lower it until your feet are flat, your knees are roughly level with your hips, and your thighs are supported without pressure at the seat edge.
- Set seat depth. Slide the pan so you have knee clearance while keeping most of your thighs supported.
- Position the backrest. Adjust its height before fine-tuning lumbar depth. This prevents you from compensating for a backrest that is simply too high or low.
- Tune lumbar height and depth. Use light contact first, then add pressure only if your lower back feels unsupported.
- Adjust armrests. Set height so your shoulders remain relaxed. Rotate the pads to follow your forearms, move them inward for keyboard work, or flip them up when you need to approach the desk or move your arms freely.
- Set the headrest. Position it behind the base of your skull when reclining. Keep it out of the way if it pushes your head forward while typing.
- Test recline tension. The weight-adaptive mechanism should let you lean back without fighting the chair. Test 105° for focused work, 120° for a relaxed screen position, and 135° for reading or a break, then lock the angle you actually use.
- Recheck after a full session. Small changes after 30–60 minutes reveal pressure points that are not obvious during a quick showroom-style test.
What do the armrests, headrest, and recline settings add?
6D armrests
The armrests can be raised, lowered, moved in or out, shifted forward or backward, rotated, and flipped up, depending on the adjustment sequence supported by the chair. Their practical advantage is not a particular number of directions; it is the ability to clear the desk completely when you do not want arm support. New Atlas specifically found the fold-away design useful for unrestricted arm movement. Keep the pads low enough that your shoulders do not creep upward while typing.
3D ultra-wide headrest
The broad headrest is most useful during reclined work, video watching, or phone calls. It should support the back of your head rather than push your neck forward. If you type upright for most of the day, leaving it slightly behind your head can be more comfortable than trying to maintain constant contact.
Three lockable recline angles
The 105°, 120°, and 135° locks provide clear positions instead of an unrestricted swing. The reviewer found all three secure at about 200 lb (90 kg). That observation does not establish performance for every body weight or after years of use, but it indicates that the locks were stable during the short test. Weight-adaptive tension is convenient when shared by users of different sizes, although each person may still need to adjust the tension control.
How does it compare with other ergonomic chairs under $300?
At this price, compare adjustment quality rather than counting cosmetic features. The B300 Pro’s distinctive proposition is a broad fit system below roughly $300 in the US. The table below shows what to investigate when comparing it with another chair; it does not claim that every budget or premium model has the listed capability.

A chair with fewer adjustments can still be the better choice if its seat shape fits you immediately or if its manufacturer has a stronger, documented service record. Conversely, paying more does not guarantee a better fit. Ask for the exact seat-depth range, backrest geometry, return window, replacement-part policy, and delivered price before treating an alternative as an upgrade.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What are the B300 Pro’s main drawbacks?
- Limited long-term evidence: the product is new, and the available hands-on review covered two weeks. That is not enough to establish multi-year mesh, mechanism, or caster durability.
- Setup complexity: many independent controls create more opportunities for a poor initial setup. Plan time to adjust and re-adjust rather than judging the chair in its first five minutes.
- Fit boundaries: users substantially below or above 5’1″–6’1″ may run out of seat-depth, lumbar, or headrest range. The published height target should not be stretched into a guarantee.
- Stock volatility: the standard black US version was backordered in one 2026 check, and the UK listing was unavailable. A displayed price is meaningless if the selected variant cannot ship to you.
- Regional differences: prices, taxes, shipping, return terms, and included accessories can differ between US, EU, and UK pages.
- Mesh preference: breathable material is not universally comfortable. If you prefer a soft, enveloping cushion, test the return process before committing.
What should you check before ordering?
Use this checklist on the live regional product page and during the return period:
- Confirm the exact color and variant are in stock, not merely listed.
- Record the checkout total, including shipping and tax, rather than relying on a headline sale price.
- Read the current warranty, return window, restocking-fee, and return-shipping provisions. The available specifications do not establish those terms.
- Verify that the listed 330 lb (150 kg) capacity applies to the model and region you are buying.
- Measure your body and desk against the seat width, 16.5–18.5 in depth range, and armrest clearance.
- Keep packaging until you have completed several work sessions; returning a large chair without its protective materials is harder.
- Inspect the mesh, recline locks, armrest joints, and caster movement immediately. Photograph any shipping damage before assembly.
Should you buy the Sihoo B300 Pro ergonomic office chair?
Buy it if you want a genuinely adjustable mesh chair, sit within the 5’1″–6’1″ target range, and can obtain a clear return path. The 4D Micro-Fit lumbar system, 16.5–18.5 in seat-depth range, height-adjustable backrest, fold-away armrests, and 105°/120°/135° recline locks give it an unusually complete ergonomic toolkit for a roughly $260–$290 US price snapshot.

Wait or choose another design if you need proven multi-year durability, fall far outside the stated height range, dislike firm mesh, or cannot verify availability and returns. The strongest case for the B300 Pro is flexibility at a budget price; the weakest case is buying it blindly and assuming every adjustment will suit you out of the box.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Sihoo B300 Pro come with a footrest?
A footrest variant is a separate purchase consideration, not an automatic assumption about the chair package. Check the exact regional listing and variant contents before paying, because accessories can change between offers.
Can two people share the B300 Pro?
The weight-adaptive recline and broad adjustment range make sharing more practical than with a fixed chair. Each user should reset seat depth, lumbar depth, armrest position, and headrest position rather than relying on one compromise setup.
Is a 135-degree recline safe for sleeping?
The 135° setting is a reclined work or rest position, not a substitute for a bed or a medical sleep surface. Lock it when you want a stable angle, keep the chair on a level floor, and avoid using it as an unattended sleeping arrangement.
