Energy labels and test conventions can change by market and over time. Compare the label attached to the exact appliance offered in your country with current alternatives, rather than treating an older rating as directly equivalent to a newer market label. If running cost is central to the decision, use the local electricity tariff and the local label’s annual-use figure to make your own estimate.
